Responsibilities:

  • 1.Answer Phone Call.
  • 2.Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
  • 3.Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • 4.Creating policies and procedures.
  • Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
  • 5.Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • 6.Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Customer Support Executive Requirements:


1.A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2.A minimum of 1 years’ experience/Fresher can apply.
3.Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
4.Ability to lead a team.
5.Knowledge of MS Office and Computer skills.
